Our space is designed not just for care, but for connection. Here, practitioners work side by side—sharing wisdom, honoring autonomy, and nurturing families throughout the seasons of life.

We are proud to offer a professional, welcoming environment where all are seen, supported, and celebrated.

Northwest Midwifery Collective was founded by Kasha deRoos, LM, CPM, in the very place where her midwifery journey began—quite literally. She caught her first baby in the downstairs bedroom of this home, and when the opportunity arose to purchase and reimagine the space, she envisioned something more: a collective rooted in community, growth, and shared purpose.

Bringing this vision to life has been a collaborative effort, made possible through the support and shared dream of Amie Storm, LM, CPM of Serenity Midwives, who co-founded the space alongside Kasha. The space also reflects the heart, hands, and dedication of Hannah Lehrsch, LM, CPM, whose hard work and passion for midwifery helped shape the foundation of this collective.

Alongside running her own midwifery practice, Juniper Midwifery, Kasha continues to nurture this shared vision—a vibrant hub for education, connection, and heart-centered care.
